What leather do you craft with?
We use full-grain cowhide leather — the highest quality leather available.
It retains the natural texture of the hide, making each piece unique and built to last.
Where are your materials sourced from?
All our leather is sourced from historic tanneries in Fès, renowned for their exceptional craftsmanship, and our hardware — such as clasps — is imported directly from Italy, ensuring durability and refinement.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver worldwide.
How long does delivery take?
The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
For orders within the European Union:
No — you won’t have to pay any customs or import duties.
MARA is a proudly Moroccan brand, and we are committed to sharing our culture and craftsmanship with the world. To make things easier for our European customers, we also operate through our entity based in France. This means all orders within the EU are shipped locally, without any extra customs fees.
For orders outside the EU:
Customs duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are usually collected by the carrier upon delivery.

What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Why isn’t Morocco listed among the available countries?
This website is dedicated to international orders outside Morocco.
