Terms and conditions
General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These general terms and conditions of sale are agreed upon by MARA, registered under SIREN 953642766, having its registered office at 63 rue Vasco de Gama, 75015 Paris, hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”, and by any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the website https://maramorocco.com/, hereinafter referred to as “the Customer.”
1. Purpose of the Agreement
These general terms and conditions of sale define the contractual relationship between the Seller and the Customer, as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the online store at https://maramorocco.com/, whether the Customer is a professional or a consumer. Acquiring a product through this website implies unreserved acceptance by the Customer of these terms and conditions of sale.
2. Product Characteristics
The products offered for sale are those listed in the catalog published on the website https://maramorocco.com/. These products are available within the limits of stock availability. Each product is accompanied by a description provided by the Seller. The photographs in the catalog aim to be as accurate as possible but may not perfectly reflect the product's exact appearance, particularly regarding color.
3. Geographic Area
Products listed on the website are available for online purchase worldwide.
4. Pricing
Prices listed in the catalog are shown in Euros (€) by default and include all applicable taxes (TTC). However, prices may vary depending on the customer's location and currency, as our system automatically adapts pricing based on the destination country and local currency settings. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with the understanding that the price displayed at the time of the order will be the only price applicable to the Customer. Delivery costs are indicated before the order is confirmed.
Please note that in the event of an obviously incorrect price display (e.g., abnormally low price due to a technical, manual, or system error), the order — even if initially confirmed — will be canceled. You will be notified as soon as possible and may choose to place your order again at the corrected price
5. Orders
Customers place orders on the website https://maramorocco.com/. To purchase one or more products, the Customer must follow these steps:
- Select the desired products and add them to the cart.
- Confirm the contents of the cart.

The Seller retains ownership of the products until full payment is received, meaning the total amount of the order is credited to the Seller's account.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer involved in a payment dispute for a previous order. By placing an order, the Customer accepts the prices and product descriptions available for sale.
The Seller commits to fulfilling orders placed on the website only within the limits of available stock.
6. Payment Terms
Purchases can be paid for using one of the following methods, at the Customer's convenience:
• Credit or debit card

7. Shipping and Delivery Times
Under normal conditions, the Seller will process orders as quickly as possible from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The Seller commits to shipping orders within 5 business days of order confirmation.
In case of a delivery delay exceeding 10 working days, the Customer must notify the Seller’s customer service to the following address contact@maramorocco.com, which will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.
8. Product Conformity – Legal Guarantees
Products are considered non-conforming, within the meaning of the applicable legislation, if they present in particular:
– an incorrect model,
– an incorrect color,
– a significant difference between the delivered product and the contractual visual,
– a proven defect in overall quality, subject to prior validation by Customer Service upon receipt of photographic evidence.
In accordance with Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Seller must deliver goods that conform to the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery, including those resulting from packaging, assembly instructions, or installation when this was the Seller’s responsibility.
To be considered conforming, the product must:
– match the description given by the Seller and possess the qualities presented to the Client as a sample or model;
– possess the qualities that a purchaser may legitimately expect in view of public statements made by the Seller or manufacturer; or
– present the characteristics defined by mutual agreement between the parties.
The action resulting from a lack of conformity is time-barred two years from delivery of the goods (Article L.217-12). During this period, any defect that appears is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise.
Independently of the conformity guarantee, the Seller remains liable for the warranty against hidden defects provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code, covering defects that render the product unfit for its intended use or that so diminish its usefulness that the purchaser would not have acquired it, or would have paid a lower price, had they known.
The action must be brought within two (2) years from the discovery of the defect (Article 1648 paragraph 1).
In the event of delivery of a non-conforming product or one affected by a hidden defect, the Client must notify MARA Morocco Customer Service at contact@maramorocco.com, stating the order number and providing any supporting evidence.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Seller once the defect is established.
9. Exchange and Return Procedure
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Client has fourteen (14) days from receipt of the ordered items to exercise the right of withdrawal without providing any reason or incurring penalties.
The product must not have been worn and must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
The Client is responsible for the cost of return shipping and must use a tracked service. The Seller accepts no liability in the event of loss or non-delivery of the return.
Pursuant to Article L.221-24 of the French Consumer Code, the Seller will also refund the standard initial delivery costs (excluding any additional express delivery charges) within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned product.
To exercise this right, the Client must send an email to contact@maramorocco.com including:
– Subject line: “Product Return”
– Order number
– Client name
– Delivery address
– Email address associated with the order.
Any return not following this procedure will not be accepted.
